Situbondo in the North, the Bali Strait to the East, the Indian Ocean to
the South, as well as the District of Jember, Bondowoso Regency in the

Banyuwangi is located on the coordinate 70 45’ 15” S and 113’ 38.2” E. Because of its location, Banyuwangi has diverse natural scenery, rich art, culture, customs and traditions.

The southern part of the estate, a relic from the days of Netherlands East Indies in borders with Jember Regency to the South is an area of conservation which is now protected in the Meru Betiri National Park, a nature reserve. Sukamade, is the development of a turtle. Blambangan peninsula is also a nature reserve Alas Purwo National Park.
